HOME DELIVERIES: Invoicing of your order is usually done within 24-32 working
hours, from the payment receipt.
The program calculates shipping charges based on Post Office tariff, for Spain,
Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, however we can send orders to other
countries as well, if you order somenthig overseas, you will receive our message
indicating shipping charges, meanwhile do not proceed to pay in any sum of money
whatsoever.
PAYMENT TRANSFER. We beg you that in case the payment is done by a different person,
(not the user registered on our page as costumer), you should fill in the box marked
"Payment done by..." the order number that you received when you did it or else the
users registered name, we insist in the box "Paiment done by...".
REFUNDS: you can request your right to refund as appears in the commerce law. In
order to do so, first you must return the material that you have purchased and if it
is in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will refund your money. You can
also request a change.
POLICY ON RESERVATIONS: Each order amount that has not been received within 7 working
days will be cancelled.
ACCUMULATIONS OF ORDERS: In the period of 7 working days from the first order you can
add orders for other examples that you wish, you must only pay into an account the
shipping charges belonging to the first order unless we contact you to indicate that
you have outnumbered the limit in weight or volume, the shipping charges amount to a
higher quantity.
